Prior to Propeer Resources, I was promoted through executive leadership ranks to drive operational efficiency and multimillion-dollar business growth of Alicare Medical Management’s (AMM) New Hampshire and Pennsylvania locations. More than doubled business during tenure. As COO, led all aspects of call center operations, including clinical services, customer service, strategic marketing, and program development. As President and CEO, scaled operations and drove continued high-ROI growth and expansion of AMM’s services and client base, strategic alliances, joint ventures, quality controls, and overall fiscal performance. Presented updates on company performance to the board. Services includes Physician Review Services, Case Management, Utilization review, Triage, Disease Management, Wellness, DRG validations, Medical Claims Review and Disability Management. Prior to AMM, I was employed at Health Dialog to manage operations for delivery of 24-hour Nurse Line and Disease Management Services to clients. Directed staffing, capacity planning, performance evaluations, contract compliance, marketing strategy, and customer relationships. Formulated department objectives, policies, and plans for daily functions. Additionally, I worked at Massachusetts General Hospital where I managed 15 subspecialty practices for Outpatient Neurology Services involving 320 neurologists, 10 professional billing funds, and 3 general hospital funds. Managed 12-person team and oversaw practice development, operation improvements, staffing, customer service, financial management, budgeting, clinical triage, access coordination, database monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
