Anita Waxman brings many years of experience as an executive and advisor to privately held companies, especially healthcare-related companies. For Waxman, her personal experience with health-related problems has produced her desire to improve the health outcomes of others through the development of companies and products that have drastically changed patient care throughout the world. Waxman was a crucial member of the team that founded Diasonics, a company that was instrumental in bringing Diagnostic Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) technology and equipment to world markets. She was also the Co-Founder and Director of American Biodyne Inc, a company that manages the delivery of mental health care and substance abuse programs. With the goal of continuing to help improve patient outcomes and overall care in clinical settings, Waxman co-founded Ceras Health. She hopes that through Ceras’ revolutionary technological platform that patient care management and the well-being of patients throughout the world will be drastically enhanced and made more effective. Currently, Waxman also serves on the board of the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute Leadership Council, furthering her mission to promote overall wellness to people receiving clinical care.
Melita King began her career as an internal medicine physician and expanded her reach to managed care, clinical informatics and process improvement with demonstrated experience working in information technology. After several years of clinical practice, she felt a need to address the disconnect between technology and medicine. With her knowledge of clinical medicine, King pursued a path in medical informatics where she has held several positions including Director of Medical Informatics, Senior Physician Executive, government appointed Health/ Medical Officer for Population Health and now, Chief Medical Information Officer at Ceras Health. King’s career has focused on improving the way we deliver healthcare to patients. She was drawn to Ceras Heath because of the cutting-edge technology that is used on the platform. This technology allows for more effective engagement within the physician-patient relationship, advanced provider care management and overall improved health outcomes for patients. King believes that Ceras Health is truly innovating and transforming how people approach managing their health through connected technology.
Eugene Varughese is the Chief Marketing Officer of Ceras Health. In his role, Eugene is responsible for leading marketing, product, strategy, and data analytics for Ceras Health. Over the course of Eugene's career as a healthcare and consumer leader, he has been responsible for bringing multiple breakthrough products and solutions to market and driving accelerated growth for various businesses in the US and globally.
Eugene is an accomplished leader and innovator and brings proven executive management experience and over 15 years of leadership in marketing, commercial management, product and solution innovation in the healthcare and consumer businesses. In addition, Eugene's experience includes experience in medical devices, diagnostics imaging, connected health, immuno-oncology, and digital therapeutics.
Before joining Ceras Health, Eugene served as Principal for Accelerate Biomed Consulting, a consulting firm advising healthcare and life science businesses on commercial management, strategy, and marketing. Prior to Accelerate Biomed, Eugene served as Chief Marketing Officer of SilverCloud Health, a global digital therapeutics company acquired by Amwell, a telemedicine company based in Boston. Previously, Eugene served as the Head of the US Healthcare Solutions Portfolio for Johnson & Johnson. Before J&J, Eugene was at Philips Healthcare as their Head of International Business for its Connected Care and Population Health business and Global Marketing Excellence leader for its advanced diagnostic imaging business and numerous other leadership roles over more than a decade.

Holly Clark is the Director of Sales for Ceras Health. In her role, Holly heads customer sales across the United States. An experienced executive, Holly has extensive experience in hospital & health care, healthcare consulting, disease management, clinical outcomes, performance improvement, and clinical research.
Holly is performance-driven, with extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in driving sales, operational and financial performance. This has led to improved financial results, improvements in clinical quality, patient experience, expansion of clinical services, and strong medical staff relationships. Holly has been on the physician provider side since 2016, working with CCM/RPM and BHI, and is well versed in CMS compliance and the regulatory side of preventative healthcare.
Before joining Ceras, Holly was the CEO of EContinuCare, Chief Operating Officer of Care 24/7. Holly was also VP of Clinical Operations for Capella Health and has 20 years of experience in the acute care setting and operations, focused on for-profit and rural healthcare.

Eric Leinwohl has worked in the healthcare sector as both a physician and administrator for over 35 years and has extensive experience in strategic planning, clinical and administrative operations, and business development. His tenure in the sector has allowed Leinwohl to develop not only a keen sense of the major issues currently affecting the healthcare crisis in the world, firsthand, but also the operational shortcomings within the current state of how medical care is addressed. Aside from his career as a practitioner, Leinwohl became an entrepreneur, subsequently developing his own firm, CID Management, where he was the managing director for 15 years. CID Management focuses on medical management and cost containment strategies in workers’ compensation for multiple employer groups. As a board member for Ceras Health, Leinwohl plans to guide the company’s direction and vision towards creating better outcomes for patients, providers, and clients. Through these directives, Leinwohl hopes to provide management with strategies that ultimately improve patient and client satisfaction, develop a healthcare advisory board to support create appropriate care plans, and deepen current stakeholder relationships.
Hans Lindroth comes to Ceras Health with a wealth of experience as an executive and director of various management positions relating to technology and advertising and production. Lindroth also has extensive experience as the chief executive officer for several organizations and has served on the board for over 60 different companies in the private and public sectors, spanning four continents. Through his leadership, Lindroth has taken young, startup companies and transformed them into formidable and successful organizations that are highly competitive within the international market. His decision to come to Ceras Health is directly related to the ever-increasing costs of healthcare and a myriad of difficulties that interfere with quality care between providers and patients. According to Lindroth, “It’s necessary to utilize state of the art technology to mitigate the issues of healthcare costs and problems that prevent adequate care. Louise Svanberg is the former Chair of EF Education First, the world’s largest private educational company specializing in language training, educational travel, academic degree programs, and cultural exchange. She joined the company in 1985 and served as CEO and Chair between 2002 to 2010. Through her leadership with EF Education, she was able to assist in revolutionizing the remote learning industry. Svanberg was so successful that in 2004, she was named the Most Powerful Swedish Businesswoman by the economics magazine Veckans Affärer. She also ranked No. 35 on Fortune Magazine's list of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2005. Svanberg believes that the same principles, which created a user-friendly learning experience for remote learners, are directly applicable to Ceras Health’s platform. Bill Glenn is an accomplished CEO best known for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fast-tracking digital and business intelligence capabilities, implementing new technology platforms and building high-performing teams. Prior to working for Ceras Health, Bill was CEO of American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), an independent private company formed as a JV between American Express and PE investment group with $1.5B revenues and 14,000 employees, which operates in 140 countries, worldwide. Previously, as President of American Express’ $5B Commercial Services business Bill had global responsibility for the two businesses that serve corporate clients, Payments and Business Travel. Bill began his sales career at Proctor & Gamble, later moving to PepsiCo, where he was able to hone his management skills. Glenn was brought to Ceras Health as a board member due to his extensive experience in commercializing business models based on B2B and B2B2C constructs, as well as, his ability to apply data and analytic functions to clinical science. Glenn is hoping to assist in Ceras Health’s goal of improving patient outcomes and decreasing the ever-rising costs of healthcare throughout the world.
Tom Jacoby is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur recognized for building global brands and markets, especially as it pertains to the Consumer Electronics Industry. Jacoby has previously lent his extensive management experience to organizations such as Harman International, Klipsch, Tymphany and Wave/AVAD where he was able to elicit substantial growth and success. Aside from working in the consumer sector, Jacoby has been a large proponent of clean technology, serving as the founding director of the Investment Committee for California Clean Energy Fund (CalCEF), an early investor for TESLA, and the founder of New Energy Capital. Jacoby was asked to join Ceras Health as a result of decades of experience working with institutional capital that’s needed to fund and structure start-up companies. Since becoming an addition to the team, he’s ensured that management is effective at focusing on business strategies which will ultimately be beneficial for the end-users of the Ceras Health platform. Jacoby has also worked on providing strong reporting metrics and building shareholder value to embolden an organization that can continue to grow and deliver innovative services and features that are important for overall patient health, provider care and service, as well as, other aspects of clinical interactions that are necessary to raise the standard.
