Trouble Viewing Data FAQ
Patient Portal:
- Open www.cerashealth.com
- Click Login on the top right
- Enter in the users email and password
- If this is a new user, or the user has forgotten their password, click Forgot Password
- Enter in the users email address
- A password reset link will be sent to the email address
- Once logged in, the user can see their vital sign information for the last 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, and 1 year
- Users can also view their data in a graph form by clicking Graph
